Class #24 - Digital Storyboarding

Today’s Learning Targets:

1. I can identify and communicate the stages and archetypes of the Hero’s Journey through a storyboard.
2. HOWL: I persevere to produce high quality work.

DO NOW: Compare your rough draft storyboard for Jason & The Quest of the Golden Fleece with your table partner. What similarities do you notice? What differences do you notice?

Your storyboard should include dialogue, labels, characters, settings and text boxes.

Class Activity:

Step 1: Create a Storyboard That account <follow Mr. Shaddox’s instructions in class for this step>

Step 2: Begin creating panels for the following stages of Jason & The Quest of the Golden Fleece. Make sure to include any archetypes that you find:

1. Title Panel
2. Ordinary World
3. Call To Adventure
4. Mentor/Supernatural Aide
5. Allies

Step 3: Finished? Keep reading the myth and add further Hero’s Journey stages to your storyboard.
