Step 1
Today we'll analyze the novel/movie Hunger Games. First, we'll watch this summary video.


Step 2

1. Each table has a folder with strips of paper.
2. Each strip represents one stage or archetype from the Hero's Journey.
3. Each group will arrange the strips into the Hero's Journey Cycle.
4. Label the stages and archetypes on post-it notes.
5. When your table has arranged the strips, Mr. Shaddox will take a photo of your work.
6. Debrief: We'll project the work on the screen and analyze how people have constructed the Hero's Journey.
