Do Now (3 mins)
In partners, on a whiteboard, write down the terms that you will use to find websites about your storm. Remember, you're researching the economic, environmental and human impact.

Step 1: Use Mr. Payne's Portportal links

Step 2: Locate further sources for your research (Relevant, Reliable)

Step 3: Print ONE source > Read and code

Step 3: Complete Notes (Print or digital)
Step 4: Printed source (coded with markers) + notes - DUE this Friday (March 27, 2015) at the end of the day. Place them in Mr. Shaddox's work basket.

This group is using a shared Google doc to organize
the sources they've found for their research.

Once they've found at  least 3 sources, the group will begin
reading and looking for environmental and economic
impacts of their storm.
